By nature, Chad is a hands-on design leader. He learns the most about the inherent design challenges of a project as the primary author of the Sketch-up model — investigating planning principles and design options, as well as spatial and material development. Yet, he invites the dialogue of the full team to critique and contribute to the design under development.
